This option allows you to appeal cleaning, damage and key charges applied to your student account from Housing and Residence Life. Notfication was sent to you UTC email explaining in detail the charges you incurred. Per the email, you have 15 days from the date of the email notifcation of charges to appeal the charges. Please keep in mind, if you opted into an Express Checkout, you have waived your right to appeal charges.
